Respirax

Natural support of the respiratory tract and the self-cleaning function of the lungs.

Respirax

The herbal complex in Respirax is ideal for the respiratory tract and formulated specially for the horse's lungs. It keeps the respiratory tract fit and clear, even in a dusty stable.

Respirax – free lungs, free breathing

Respirax is designed for horses suffering from asthma and allergies. It supports bronchial function especially during regeneration or convalescence. It relaxes spasms and cleanses the respiratory tract, thus promoting free and unrestricted breathing. Respirax is ideal in supporting respiratory health, in particular during adjustment periods and weather changes.

Thyme (Thymus vulgaris herba)

Thyme has a well-proven and strong effect on the Lungs self-cleaning capabilities. The many valuable ingredients of thyme prevent secretions from settling.

Ribwort (Plantago lanceolata)

Ribwort supports natural healthy mucus ejection frequency as well as its intensity. Minerals, like zink, help maintain the natural function of the horses immune system.

Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla flores)

Chamomile soothes and relaxes the respiratory tract and is ideal for dust-sensitive animals. The successful use of chamomile oil for the health of the gastrointestinal tract (antispasmodic and diminishing symptoms of gastrointestinal colic) has been confirmed in numerous studies.

Lungwort (Pulmonaria officinalis)

Lungwort has been used for centuries as a supplement for the bronchial system. The contained mucilage, Anthocyane, and the tannin in the leaves are used for expectoration.

Nucleotides

Nucleotides are building blocks of nucleic acids, the carriers of genetic information and key substances for protein biosynthesis. Every single biological process of a cell, including its division, is directly or indirectly dependent on the participation of nucleic acids – therefore, without nucleotides no life is possible. In nature, enough nucleotides are synthesized by a horses body's own cells, "recycled" from dead cells, or taken up with food via the diverse plant world. Certain situations increase the need for nucleotides or accelerate the consumption of cells and reduce their activity. This is particularly noticeable in stressful situations and in times of increased performance requirement. Some cell types can only synthesize nucleotides to a limited extent, which is why supplementary feeding with nucleotides makes sense. The addition of nucleotides via the feed ensures optimal cell division and an intact cell metabolism.
