Led by founders Christoph Schütz and Philipp Müller, Inuvet creates plant-based products for animal wellness. The company is based in Lörrach, in a sunny location in the border triangle of Germany, France and Switzerland.
You can't just buy Inuvet products "anywhere." After all, the vet is the one who can ultimately make a well-founded diagnosis and use a preparation accordingly. We therefore place the responsibility for the health of our animals in their hands. In cooperation with veterinarians, who are ultimately also our customers, we are constantly developing modern phytotherapeutic preparations and sell these products exclusively through veterinarians.
WHY DID THEY DO IT? They share a love for animals - FOR ANIMAL LOVE

P. M.: "In addition to our job, we have always shared a love of animals. And we realized that the natural preparations we wanted for our own animals were not yet available. Christoph's parents are vets and his sister also works as a vet. So we had access to the world of veterinary medicine on the one hand. On the other hand, we had access to the pharmaceutical industry because of our profession. We put one and one together and realized that there is no company in the veterinary sector that develops outstanding herbal preparations. We could fill this gap and founded Inuvet."
The trajectory of Inuvet founders Christoph Schütz and Philipp Müller to today's Inuvet GmbH can be compared to that of a good band. Founded 10 years ago with a shared idea and the same values, the garage rock phase of product development and the subsequent "door-to-door cleaning" for the market launch were initially bumpy. But the path of many stumbling blocks ultimately led to the first hit placements with the vets, which have become product evergreens to this day.
The company has now grown to around 60 employees, all of whom have plenty of animal followers. Both founders are firmly entrenched and at the heart of the company and lead their team as equals, because despite the clear company structure, there is no big boss level. "We see ourselves as a huge team and everyone is equally important," says Philipp. Christoph describes it like this: "If your work makes you happy, then work becomes passion and that gives you the wings with which you will rise above yourself."
